Restart the SafeSquid Service from Interface


Overview

Restart your SafeSquid service without access to the Server.

Prerequisites

Make sure that the Monit service is running on your SafeSquid service.
Check for monit service: 
  1. pidof monit
if you did not find the pid of monit then start the monit -
  1. /etc/init.d/monit start 

Steps

1. Access The SafeSquid User Interface

2. Go to the Support Page

click on support in safesquid interface top  right corner

3. Click on Restart SafeSquid

clicking on reastart safesquid
choosing the preference between save config and restart and don't save just restart
waiting for page refresh
